HEMC (Hub Engineering Management Consulting) was founded on 30 June 2021 in Casablanca. Initial ambition: to offer Moroccan SMEs rigorous, accessible, field-based QHSE support.
Strategic projects with the Chamber of Advisors (Parliament of Morocco), GIZ (German development cooperation) and Hydraulic Basin Agencies. HEMC establishes itself in the Moroccan public sector.
Diversification into ISO 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301. First long-term partnerships in France (SIONT) and expansion of the sectoral portfolio: energy, construction, telecoms, e-commerce.
HEMC now brings together an integrated team: IRCA auditors, doctoral researchers, masters graduates and a full digital team. International expansion with a multilingual website FR · EN · AR · ES.
HEMC supports organisations in Morocco, Europe and Africa in designing, deploying and certifying their QHSE, Information Security and Business Continuity management systems.
