How do I receive my products after purchase?

Depending on the product: editable Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx), print-ready PDFs, sometimes Visio (.vsdx) for process maps, Draw.io (.drawio) for diagrams.

Is there a usage licence?

Each purchase grants a licence for internal use within your organisation. Resale, redistribution or publication of documents is prohibited (see T&Cs).

How do updates work?

For 12 months after purchase, you receive all product updates for free (new standard version, corrections, improvements). Updates are available in your client area.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe or CMI. Bank transfer on request for purchases over 5,000 MAD. Invoice provided as standard.

Can I request a refund?
