Three days to run an improvement project end to end with the DMAIC approach, and to recognize when a problem is not a Six Sigma problem.
Six Sigma answers a precise family of problems: those whose cause is unknown and whose measurement is possible. Launched on a problem whose cause is already known, it costs weeks to rediscover what everyone knew. Knowing how to turn a project down is part of the competence.

This course does not cover a certifiable standard: Lean and Six Sigma are approaches, not standards. HEMC issues a training attestation, not a belt awarded by a third-party body. A laptop is useful for the measurement exercises.
