Internal audit is the most widespread requirement and the worst served: it often shrinks to an annual visit confirming that all is well. An audit that never raises a finding is not measuring conformity, it is measuring the auditor's politeness. This session works on evidence, sampling and the wording of the finding.

Session built on ISO 19011:2026, the fourth edition, which cancels and replaces the 2018 edition. The text of the standard is not supplied: it is purchased from ISO or IMANOR, and the session does not reproduce it. Bring your audit programme and a recent report: they serve as material for the exercises.
